    25th Billboard Music Award

    The Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs) are described as honoring “the hottest names in music today and honorees are selected by performance on the Billboard Charts. “Black Panther” was nominated for “Top Soundtrack” by Billboard. The album was released as “Black Panther: The Album” on February 9, 2018. It’s made up of original songs produced by Kendrick Lamar in collaboration with singers like The Weeknd, Khalid, and SZA. On May 20, 2018, it lost to “Moana”.

The movie set the record for the most wins.

The nominees are voted by viewers living in the USA, aged 13 over social media sites. “Black Panther” is nominated for 11 “Teen Choice” awards and won three.

    About Black Panther (2018)

    Official synopsis: “After the events of Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War, King T’Challa returns home to the reclusive, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to serve as his country’s new leader. However, T’Challa soon finds that he is challenged for the throne from factions within his own country. When two foes conspire to destroy Wakanda, the hero known as Black Panther must team up with C.I.A. agent Everett K. Ross and members of the Dora Milaje, Wakanadan special forces, to prevent Wakanda from being dragged into a world war”
