See what Han Solo thought about the new Solo trailer.
Disney and Lucasfilm are kicking the hype machine into high gear for the next Star Wars movie in the franchise. Besides the character posters, the studio is pushing hard with sneak peeks at the toys and a teaser before and during the Super Bowl.
The trailer shows some intriguing character moments, car chases and space battles all set to thundering rock music. Solo is selling itself as a fun watchable romp with familiar characters like Lando and Chewbacca.
The new trailer for Solo is getting a lot of reactions. Many fans are angered by the trailer. One of the original actors, Mark Hamill who played Luke Skywalker, says it’s fantastic. “I don’t know what anyone’s complaining about,” he told Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet for the AARP Movies for Grownups Awards. “The trailer makes you want to see the movie, and I’m dying to see it. So, it worked.”
None of the other cast has weighed in the trailer but we tried to imagine how the original Han Solo would react to see a prequel teaser?
