It’s time for “would you rather,” where we ask you to make the tough choices. In last week’s question, “would you rather have a lightsaber or a phaser,” 64% voted for a lightsaber. This week, we’ll be deciding on your latest superpower.
The Scenario
The reckless human experimentation of Wood University continues. After giving your body a few weeks to recover from the last experiment, you return to the lab, where Professor Rather shows you a powerful muscle enhancer they’ve developed. If injected into the upper body, it will give you superstrength. If injected into the lower body, it will give you superspeed. Wood U’s Rather asks, which do you choose?
The Ground Rules
- The enhancer will last for twenty four hours. Once it wears off, you’ll return to normal with no ill effects.
- The enhancer can only be used once in a lifetime, so you can only choose one power. You can’t go back for the other one.
- If you choose strength, you’ll be able to lift up to twenty thousand pounds without strain, and eighty thousand pounds with difficulty.
- If you choose speed, you’ll be able to run up to two hundred miles an hour for up to a half-hour at a time.
- You can do whatever you want with your powers.
Make your choice and let us know why in the comments.

Have to go with speed on this one. Can you imagine me shredding on my guitar? Awesome…
I think for just 24 hours superspeed would be good. I could go rob banks and stuff without needing a getaway driver!
I'd rather be superstrong. I want that power and energy in my limbs.
Speed. I've always been the last one in a race. I was the slow kid in High School there were only 3 people I could beat on the track. Look at me now mom, top of the world!
Superspeed all the way! ๐
