There was a Doctor Who episode written by Douglas Adams (Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy) called City of Death (1979) . In this outtake, John Cleese (Monty Python) comes on the set to get an autograph from The Doctor, played by Tom Baker.
I only wish it could have been longer.
