See what “Aquaman” (2018) movie Black Manta villain may look like. There are a lot of questions about director James Wan’s Aquaman movie. We know Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is playing Aquaman villain Black Manta but we don’t know what his costume will look like.
Recently some Instagram images of the upcoming LEGO mini-figs for the playset were released online by Mario Power of MP_Legoleaks.
In addition to Black Manta, you can also see images of Aquaman (Jason Momoa) and Mera (Amber Heard).
A description of the CinemaCon footage says “Black Manta looks ripped from a comic, with glowing red eyes” so this matches what we’re seeing here.
In the comics, Black Manta is a feared pirate and assassin and easily the most ruthless and feared of Aquaman’s villains.
The final design may look quite different, but we can assume the general look and feel is the same as in the movie.
