Even if you didn’t watch the Super Bowl, you may have heard about the thirty-four minute blackout that occurred at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and stopped the game. While many people have speculated on the cause of the blackout, a video has emerged that finally puts the question to rest. Thanks to College Humor and Chris Kattan, we know the truth: Bane from The Dark Knight Rises is responsible. That’s right, Bane was the Super Bowl’s reckoning. We watched him torture an entire nation, and then once the game was ashes, you had his permission to change channels. Watch Bane explain why he did it, tremble in fear at his awesome power, and hear his future demands.

Dang it where's Batman when you need him? Then again he was probably watching the game in the Batcave.
Ironically when it happened, I told my wife that he did it. I was waiting for the field to implode thinking that might save the 49ers.
I love Chris Kattan, and he does a more than credible Bane, but he's no Tom Hardy (and I'm not just talking about the muscles).
okay that was funny… i blame loki!
