One of the biggest stories in the 2012 Olympic Games was McKayla Maroney, a gymnast who fell during her vault and ended up winning silver instead of gold. Her face on the podium while receiving her silver medal became enshrined in the Internet as “Not Impressed.” While she’s been photoshopped into countless different scenes, we thought it would be fun to imagine her in a sci-fi context. Here’s 8 famous scenes in sci-fi movies that might have been different if McKayla had appeared in them. Click any of them to enlarge:

These made me laugh so hard it's ridiculous! I don't think I'd have the nerve to cross anyone who's that unimpressed with a hungry T-Rex! And Spock's death scene always makes me tear up, though I may never be able to watch it the same way again.

Patrick, McKayla is not only an awesome gymnast, but also can travel through time.
