Avengers: InfinityWar (2018) – Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman, Captain America (Chris Evans) |
There’s a new photo out from Total Film showing part of the team joining up to fight Thanos.
Here’s the photo
1. Bucky Has a new Arm
In Avengers: Civil War “Bucky” Barnes’ Soviet bionic arm was taken away. In Black Panther, he’s shown without an arm. In the new film, Bucky has a new Vibranium arm courtesy of Shuri (Letitia Wright).
“For everyone who’s seen Captain America: Civil War, they know Bucky was taken in by T’Challa in Wakanda,” Russo told Express UK. “I think that you know, we catch back up with him after he’s been there for a while. And if there’s an influence on his arm, it may perhaps have to do with that country that he’s been spending time in.”
So expect that the arm is made of fictional unbreakable Vibranium.
2. Captain America’s New Costume
Captain America (aka Nomad?), played by Chris Evans is front-and-center and ready to lead the charge. We know Steve Rogers ditched his red-white-and-blue uniform and is wearing a new costume and shield (“get this man a shield!”) But there’s more to it.
It’s a little hard to see, but you can see the suit has a tear and shows chain-mail underneath. This could be a throwback to the comic book version of the costume.
3. Black Widow’s New Costume
We get a really good look at Black Widow’s new green costume. I’m guessing she’s glad to get rid of the sweaty black leather suit.
4. Wakanda United
Black Panther, played by Chadwick Boseman, stands ready to lead his soldiers along with the Dora Milaje led by Okeyo (Danai Gurira).
5. Wakanda
From the trailer, we know there’s a big fight set in Wakanda. This looks like the beginning of the battle.
Overall, it looks amazing and I can’t wait to see how it all plays out.
What do you think of the photo?
