“Star Wars: The Last Jedi” Brilliant New International Trailer

We’re down to the wire for Star Wars: The Last Jedi and the excitement is rising. But there’s a new trailer out for the film and it’s amazing.

It opens with a brief montage of scenes and quotes from The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi that trace the history of Rey before exploding into all-out battle scenes. in among the clips are some new scenes of the battle on the planet Cantonic and he city Canto Bight and someone leadingCanto Bight Racehorses called Fathiers through a window into Casino City.

It sure looks like Finn riding a Crystal Fox  Fathiers to me.

This is what the Crystal Fox Fathiers looks like

Here’s the poster, which is the similar to the U.S. version but it swaps Luke Skywalker with Rey.

    Here’s the original

If you notice this campaign is focusing on the importance of women in the film you’re right. Over the weekend Disney had a press junket for the movie and some of the stars talked about the female focus in the film.

“As a guy, I’d like to say, for me, the most formative people in my life have been women,” Oscar Isaac, who plays Poe Dameron, said. “So that has shaped my destiny so much, so to see that reflected in the film, is really, really beautiful, and it is more true to real life and what’s happened now, but what’s always happened.”

Andy Serkis, who plays Supreme Leader Snoke, said, “Speaking as the head of the First Order, Snoke is very unimpressed that there is such a huge female force that has been growing in the universe.”

“I think we’re just keeping it moving, to be honest with you man,” John Boyega who plays Finn told the audience. “The pressure’s on. There’s no time. I think that’s one thing that’s unique to me, about watching this movie, was the commentary on war. There hasn’t been a Star Wars movie, yet, that has explored war in the way ‘The Last Jedi’ does. It’s very messy. The categorizing of good and evil, it’s all mixed together. In terms of Han, I’m sure we all feel sentimental if someone was to sit Finn down or Rey down. But Rey’s off training, she’s got stuff to do. I got a back injury, I’ve got stuff to do. Can’t think about Han at the moment.”
