Would rather see a live action Galaxy Quest, but hey.
      Star Wars sweater is funny.
And taking off from work now to go see Guardians!!!

    2. MsMariah on August 1, 2014 3:16 pm

That is probably the best Christmas sweater I've ever seen! Great links this week!

    3. Pat Dilloway on August 1, 2014 3:16 pm

That is cool he went to visit those kids. His costume is a lot easier to steal than Christian Bale's Batsuit I would think. And I guess it'd be hard for Groot or Rocket Raccoon to visit anyone since they're all CGI.

I am curious about that Birdman movie though the concept isn't that new. Take my story The Naked World for instance from 2006. Kind of the same idea I think. If that movie makes a lot of money I might have to sue; maybe they'll give me a token settlement to be rid of me.

    4. MarkM on August 1, 2014 3:52 pm

All awesomesauce on these geek bits! Especially the Star Wars jacket. Great stuff!

    5. DAVID WALSTON on August 1, 2014 5:27 pm

I realy want to see Birdman it seems strangely cool.
I am waiting with bated breath to see Deep Breath!
I plan on seeing it in the theater on Aug 25.

    6. Maurice Mitchell on August 1, 2014 6:27 pm

The concept is a lot more surreal than I thought it would be David. This could be a game changer for Keaton, whose career has really sagged since Batman.

    7. Maurice Mitchell on August 1, 2014 6:28 pm

Glad you like the sweater Mark. I’m sure it smeller better on the outside like a Taun Taun.

    8. Maurice Mitchell on August 1, 2014 6:29 pm

All he has to do is take off the helmet and who would know? Diesel wouldn’t get far in the stilts. Birdman seems to be taking a familiar concept in a different direction, so I’m looking forward to it. Hire Lerner & Rowe.

    9. Maurice Mitchell on August 1, 2014 6:30 pm

Thanks Ms Mariah! I’ll bet it would be fun to count the doubletakes.

    10. jeremy [retro] on August 1, 2014 7:33 pm

got to get me that sweater and flux thingy… great wrap up for the week. i don't know about that Keaton film, i just don't know…

    11. Tony Laplume on August 2, 2014 12:38 am

That's the best terrible sweater ever!

    12. Maurice Mitchell on August 2, 2014 2:19 am

That flux capacitor is awesome Jeremy and that Keaton movie could go either way.
