In honor of Star Wars Day (May the Fourth), the Movoto Real Estate Blog decided to find out just how much Jabba the Hutt’s criminal compound would be worth. Based on location, size, and scum density, they came up with a real-world number.
For comparison, this $75 million mansion has a private movie theater, a bowling alley, and a garage that can hold twelve cars. But it doesn’t come with a Rancor pit or droid torture room. I think Jabba’s place is a steal at that price.

Do they include the Rancor in the pit with the purchase of the house?
