In the classic episode of the original Star Trek series “Arena,” Captain Kirk is forced to do battle against a lizard-like alien Gorn. Now a new ad for Star Trek: The Video Game brings us a rematch between William Shatner and the Gorn. Of course, considering how much time has passed, it doesn’t quite go the same way.

shatner… is the man's man!
I saw that somewhere else yesterday – funny! "We're both too old for this." Whoever does some of those video game commercials is a genius. The football ones were just as funny.
The commercial is funny. But it's astonishing that anyone would want to remember the real fight. That's exactly the quality that everyone throws at the entire third season, worse than anything in "Spock's Brain."
He's a national treasure
Admittedly, the fight looks pretty bad now. But back in the 60's with their special effects and make up, it was revolutionary
