With The Dark Knight Rises, Christopher Nolan wrapped up his epic vision of Batman. In the book The Art and Making of The Dark Knight Trilogy, Nolan wrote a letter that summed up his feelings about the incredible trilogy. Think of it as his goodbye letter to Batman. Here’s the letter in its entirety:

    [Via Screenrant]

What do you think of the letter? Were you satisfied or disappointed with the trilogy?

Wow that is awesome! Crap, his journey sounds like mine. Never planned a trilogy either. (Never wanted to be an author!) So sad it's over. But can't wait to see what he tackles next.

Letter is okay. The 3rd in the series was good. One thing I was disappointed with was how fast batman gets in shape after such a long hiatus. lol
