In a historic moment for Star Trek fans everywhere, all five of the TV captains appeared at the same convention stage at the same time. Previously, the captains are appeared in Shatner’s documentary The Captains, but not all in the same room. The reunion happened at the Wizard World Philadelphia Comic Con on June 4. William Shatner (Star Trek: The Original Series), Patrick Stewart (Star Trek: The Next Generation), Avery Brooks (Star Trek Deep Space Nine), Kate Mulgrew (Star Trek Voyager) and Scott Bakula (Star Trek: Enterprise) took the stage and posed for the group photo below. Unfortunately, no Chris Pine to complete the captains, but maybe next time.

What do you think of the reunion? What would you have done if you’d been there?

Agreed, nice that there's no rivalry (I'm assuming)

Wow, sharing time with any of these awesome trek heroes is like a dream come true. Its great fun watching them fool around and kid each other on stage, lol.

By no means am I a trekkie, but that just seems like it would have been great to attend 🙂

If I was there, I'd be like, "Jean Luc, I love you! And I love Professor Xavier too!"

Tim Allen in The Santa Clause is starting to be more accurate than Tim Allen in Galaxy Quest, as far as William Shatner goes. But I still admire Shatner's unbridled enthusiasm.
