In the classic Star Trek episode “Mirror, Mirror,” Uhura set a lot of Trekkers’ hearts pounding when she wore a somewhat less-than-standard uniform. Jeffrey Moy (colored by GroovyGoddess) at DeviantArt created a very nice rendition of her. It’s not totally accurate to what she looked like, but it’s what our young minds imagined she looked like, and what she might have looked like with looser restrictions. And it’s definitely what Nichelle Nichols wished she looked like…
