When is a Hulk movie coming? What do the first new Star Wars novels look like? Does the Doctors age matter on Doctor Who? What does Godzilla sound like throughout the years?

I’d love to hear what you think of the Internet’s greatest moments in this week’s top ten “Geek Bits.”

“Now because he saved the day they’re making another solo Hulk movie after the second Avengers comes out.” – Lou Ferrigno

Stressing that his involvement in the Wolverine sequel isn’t guaranteed,
Hugh Jackman teases a possible “Old Man Logan” adaptation.

    7. Cover Art For First Novels In The New ‘Star Wars’ Universe (via Geeky Nerfherder)

New ‘Star Wars’ novels are in the works from Disney Publishing Worldwide and Del Ray /Random House Books.
The first batch will include four novels, set to be released between
September 2014 and March 2015. These initial novels will cover both new
and well-known characters from a variety of points on the Star Wars
timeline. (All of them based around the time of the existing films –
which is now the official canon).

    3. S.H.I.E.L.D.’s J. August Richards reveals what inspired his take on Deathlok (via Blastr)

One of the most compelling stories on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is J. August Richards’ iconic take on Marvel baddie Deathlok, and now the man himself has opened up about what inspired him.

    Television

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (01×20) “Nothing Personal” (Recommended)

    While
Ward has turned into an effective villain, the real star of this
episode is Deathlok (J. August Richards). He’s become terrifying and
powerful with a bunch of cool gadgets. Skye gets some great moments and
recovers some of her charms while Ward is showing signs of goodness.
Maria Hill is a great guest star since she ties the show into the
movies perfectly, although it’s bewildering that she would recommend
the team abandon hope of rebuilding S.H.I.E.L.D. Who knows what’s going
to happen? The final reveal that Coulson was on the T.A.H.I.T.I.
project is mind-blowing. What did you think of the episode?

Arrow (02×21) “City of Blood” (Recommended)

     This
episode felt like a memorial to Oliver’s mother, Moira Queen
(Susanna Thompson) and it was fitting. I still feel geniuniely moved by
her death and seeing Oliver’s pain is my pain. The flashbacks are
coming together to show where Arrow’s moral code are coming from. He’s
not the spoiled rich boy anymore. Diggle kicks butt and takes names
again, so I’m waiting for the spin-off show. Summer Glau comes back in
    the Ravager
costume which is an awesome nod to a comic villain that has ties to
Slade. Thea leaves and it’s heart-breaking. The battle for Starling
City against Slade’s Mirakuru army is epic. What did you think of the
    episode?

I was watching the hockey playoffs and totally spaced on Agents of SHIELD and Arrow this week, but hopefully they're On Demand by now.

    2. Alex J. Cavanaugh on May 2, 2014 4:10 pm

The amount of time it took to make the Serenity was almost as stunning as how many bricks were used. That had to cost a small fortune.

Rebooting the Star Wars books = good thing.

    5. Maurice Mitchell on May 5, 2014 5:15 pm

They never said the cost, but yeah Alex that had to be in the thousands. Some of those custom bricks can get expensive.

Go whatever team was in the playoffs!
