A few weeks ago we opened up the Star Wars March Madness contest, and it’s time to announce the winner.

If you’re here for the A-Z Blog Challenge, my
    brother
I’ll be posting the entry later today. Stop back this evening and
    thanks for visiting!

LucasFilm started the Star Wars “This is Madness” bracket and we promised a chance to win a copy of Star Wars: Heir to the Empire, 20th Anniversary Edition.

It was a fierce battle, but in the end it came down to Yoda vs. Darth Vader. The winner of “This is Madness” was Yoda!

Since there was more than one contestant that picked Yoda, a winner was chosen at random.

So, the winner of the Geek Twins “Star Wars March Madness” competition is Eli Frye David!

UPDATE: The current winner sent us the wrong email address. Eli, please contact us within 24 hours or we’ll award the prize to another winner. The new winner, chosen at random, is David.

Congratulations! We’ll email you later today to send your hardcover copy of Star Wars: Heir to the Empire, 20th Anniversary Edition.

Thanks for playing everyone and join me in welcoming the winner Eli Frye David!

    Congratulations!

Sorry you didn't catch the announcement a while back Jeremy. If you read the original post things got kind of squirrelly.
