We’ve all been waiting for The Avengers for years. In the vacuum, fans stepped in and created fan trailers. The movies we wanted to see and some we didn’t know we wanted.
Here are the seven most amazing, shocking and hilarious fan-made trailers for The Avengers. Before we had The Avengers, we had these.
7. Avengers Inception Style
There are a lot of mash-ups of the Inception trailer with other movies. Frankly, I think this one is more effective than some of the others. Surprisingly enough, the music actually synches up pretty well in places.
6. Lego Avengers Trailer 1 – 2012
Who doesn’t love Legos? My favorite part is with Thor. It’s shocking how effective Legos can be in an action movie.
5. Inglorious Avengers (Fan Made) Teaser Trailer
Using clips from the WWII scenes in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Captain America: The First Avengers and Inglorious Basterds this fan made up a shockingly effective WWII movie.
4. Fan Made Avengers Trailer with Homemade Costumes
The most shocking part of this trailer is the big boy playing the Avengers. It’s not really a trailer. It’s more like a big fat guy playing in his bedroom. We get to watch.
3. Avengers Movie 2012 Trailer (Cartoon Fan-Made)
This trailer of the Avengers is actually made up of clips from the animated Ultimate Avengers
movies. It’s shocking how effective it is!
2. AvX: Avengers vs. X-Men – Teaser Trailer (Fan-Made Trailer)
One of the most shockingly effective fan trailers is based on the Avengers vs. X-Men
comic book. Someone needs to green-light this movie right now!
1. The Avengers Trailer 2 Sweded
The most shocking part of this video is that, while the special effects and costumes are really cheap, the technical skill to match the scenes with the movie are really well done. Plus, the production values are really good for a fan film. Sweding is making an intentionally cheesy reproduction of a movie using found items. It’s based on the movie Be Kind Rewind.
.
What do you think? Which is your favorite fan trailer? Would you ever do a fan film?

Jeremy, it's a low budget indie flick with some no name actors. Hopefully, it will get picked up by the big news blogs. LOL
