Here’s what’s on sci-fi this week. Human Target is moving to its new time on Monday nights. This could be good or bad since the ratings have been dismal this season. TV By the Numbers says it’s “Certain To Be Canceled” and I agree. They put V and The Cape on the bubble too. Hopefully, they’re wrong.
