On March 26, 2005, Doctor Who returned to television on the BBC with “Rose.” In the process, Doctor Who was reintroduced to a whole new generation and created a whole new mythology. So to celebrate its ten-year anniversary, YouTuber John Smith created this CGI animation of some of the most memorable moments of the new series.
According to the creator: “The entire project took six days from concept to completion and was created using After Effects, Element 3Dv2, Maya, and Mudbox. And thank you to Brian Rocz for the wonderful Tardis interior!”
How many moments do you recognize? What was your favorite? What do you think of the new series?
