Since the first official trailer for Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens, most of the attention of the fans has been focused on one question: what’s up with the black guy in the stormtrooper outfit? It turns out the character’s name is Finn, played by John Boyega, and he’ll reportedly be a major character in the new movie. Maurice wrote an entire article on the reasons why a stormtrooper might be black in the new movie, but one question remained. Is he really a stormtrooper or just a guy in a stormtrooper outfit? Well, with one motion, John Boyega answered that question.
The moment came during the 2015 Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim, CA. Boyega has been pretty cagey about his role as Finn in the new movie. But when asked point-blank if he’s a stormtrooper, Boyega nodded. That settles that. Of course, we don’t know if he’s a stormtrooper on the side of good or evil or if he starts out evil and changes sides. But at least we know something.
What role do you think Finn will play? Should he be good, evil, or a combination of the two?

I think he starts out as a stormtrooper and then changes sides.

Some of us don't think Sith was a good movie at all though…do you really?
Well, they're already talking Chris Pratt for "Indiana Jones" so maybe just tie him in like they did Ford. =)
