If you’ve ever played a fighting game, you know the experience of trying to figure out the controls and learn to play. And if you’ve ever shown someone else your favorite fighting game, you know the frustration of having to wait while the newbie gets used to the game. This video by Freddie W’s Rocket Jump is pretty much how every battle between an expert and a newbie playing a fighting game goes down.
What do you think of the video? How are you with a new fighting game?

Funny!
I've actually not played many fighting games, I'm more of a RPG guy. And any game that is music orientated.
haha, i love the yoshimitsu finish! i remember playing tekken II long, late nights and finishing with that move. if done correctly you would not completely kill yourself (thats a funny expression btw, "not completely kill") but instead leaving your opponent with the ultimate humiliation. for that sole reason alone i studied and learned two different yoshimitsu combos that ended with the "spinning harakiri". i just loved it 🙂
That was hilarious.
I'm not familiar with the new fighting games, but in the 80s and 90s I loved those old school games.
Pretty awesome. Although I typically just start mashing buttons when I play. I figure I'll do just as well hitting things at random as I would trying to learn moves and stuff right from the get-go. The actually 'learning how to play' part comes later.
Wow, you were hardcore
Yeah, me too, Rusty
yes, i regard my self as the cobra kai of gamers 😉
