6 Weirdly Naked Aliens of Scifi Movies and TV

Aliens in movies and TV come in many shapes and sizes, from microscopic to as big as buildings, from one head to no heads, but there’s a common theme: nudity. Aliens will often walk around completely naked, and it’s often not even mentioned. Of course, it begs the question of why aliens have advanced technology to travel the universe, but never invented pants. Also makes you wonder how they stay warm, keep dry, and carry things with no pockets. Here are six extraterrestrials who are a little too comfortable with their bodies.

    1. E.T. (E.T.)

This extraterrestrial arrived on Earth in his skins. Elliott did end up putting clothes on him, but E.T. took them all off when he got on his ship to go home. Because the other aliens would have made fun of him. They would have been like, “Dude, what’s that weird stuff you got all over your body? What, you go to Earth and go crazy?”

    2. The Invaders (Signs)

When alien invaders terrorize a preacher and his family, it could be their nudism that’s the most horrifying. You’d think they would at least wear clothes to protect them from our toxic (to them) water. Their lack of clothes proved their undoing.

    3. Close Encounters

When Roy Neary follows strange impulses, he’s drawn to an alien spaceship landing in the desert. When the flying saucer opens, he’s invited inside by tiny alien beings. Not only does he get to ride off with the aliens, but he gets to be surrounded by alien junk.

    4. Station (Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey) –

When Bill and Ted search for the smartest person in the universe, they find two naked aliens who combine to become one big naked alien named Station. Despite being the smartest being in the universe, he doesn’t wear clothes. Maybe he knows something we don’t. Or maybe it’s to show off his excellently huge Martian butt.

    5. Chewbacca (Star Wars)

Chewbacca is Han Solo’s faithful companion, pilot, and engineer. And all he wears is a bandolier and a smile. Considering he’ll rip your arms off for beating him in chess, no one probably has the guts to tell him. In Revenge of the Sith, we finally get to see Chewbacca’s home planet Kasshyk, and discovered it’s one big nudist colony.

    6. Odo (Deep Space Nine)

Odo is the shape-changing security chief of the space station DS9. You might be surprised to see him on this list, since Odo has a uniform. But remember that his clothes are just part of his body. In reality, he’s naked all the time.

    EDIT: Fixed numbering

Which is your favorite naked alien? What other naked aliens can you name?

…does Mac in "Mac and Me" wear clothes? He could be another one.

Richard is right about the Asgard. Rather not think about Odo wandering around naked though.
