Star Trek Into Darkness (2013), Hikaru Sulu (John Cho), Nyota Uhura (Zoe Saldana), , Mr. Spock (Zachary Quinto), Captain James T. Kirk (Chris Pine), Pavel Chekov (Anton Yelchin),Dr. Leonard “Bones” McCoy (Karl Urban) , Montgomery “Scotty” Scott (Simon Pegg)

Have you ever wondered which animal the crew of the Enterprise would
be? Would Captain Kirk be a wolf or a rat? Would Uhura be a bird or a
rabbit? Would Scotty be a pig or a fox?

This week’s poll is a little off-beat, so I hope it goes well. Here’s
the question: What animal would you pick to replace the Star Trek crew?

Captain James T. Kirk (Chris Pine), Mr. Spock (Zachary Quinto), Nyota
Uhura (Zoe Saldana) Dr. Leonard “Bones” McCoy (Karl Urban) ,
    Montgomery “Scotty” Scott

(Simon Pegg), Hikaru Sulu (John Cho) and Pavel Chekov (Anton Yelchin).

Which animal are they most like? Let us know in the comments,
I’ve started a list for each crew member,  so just reply what you
    think.

The result of last week’s poll is that Marvel’s the Avengers is
    everyone’s favorite
    Marvel Cinematic Universe film
by 34%.  Captain America: The First Avenger
    came in second at 21%.

Come back next week for the bi-weekly Caption This! and come
back in two weeks for the next poll.

Do you have an idea for a poll, or have you seen a picture that needs a
funny caption? Send it to us using our contact form or
    email us at geektwins(at)gmail.com!

    What animal would
you make the members of the Star Trek crew?

Spock I imagine as a crocodile – they are cold and unfeeling. Chekov some kind of monkey, as he's hyper. Bones I was say a dog, one that grabs a hold of something and won't let go. Kirk is a little unpredictable – I can't quite picture a grizzly, but they are unpredictable.

I could just imagine the crew as cartoon animal characters. Think Kirk would be a Lion, with McCoy would be a Walrus, and Spock a Meerkat. Scotty could be a Bear, Sulu a Wolf, and Chekov a Rabbit (nicked one off you as I couldn't think of one) and Uhura would be a Cat. Think that would make a fun cartoon!

Uhara would have to be a baboon.
