We admit the Nyan Cat fad has gotten out of hand. Seems like you can’t turn around on the Web without running into a rainbow-spewing cat with a Pop Tart body. But every now and then, someone does something that breathes new life into the meme. This is one of them. Behold the Nyan Cat-Deemer. It’s basically a mod for Unreal Tournament 3 (created by Azurescorch, Bi()ha2ard and Cr4zy) that replaces the ultra-powerful remote-controlled Redeemer missile with a Nyan Cat. And yes, it does stream rainbows, and it does play the song. To me, the funniest part about this is imagining being in UT3 and hearing the Nyan Cat song, and being filled with terror. That’s where it goes to a new level – being scared and annoyed at the same time. Want it? Go get it. And let loose the wrath of the gods. Let loose the Nyan Cat!
