I think you may be a little too hard on those guys just trying to make money off of previous films. Let em be I say.
1. Okay, let me explain something. Are you listening, writers and publishers? Pride and Prejudice and Zombies worked because of the contrast between the gentility of Jane Austen and the brutality of zombies. Not because it mixed classic literature and monsters. So mixing werewolves into "Little Women" does nothing. On the other hand, "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and Frankenstein" could work. Excuse me, I have some writing to do.
2. Was Megan Fox ever needed in "Transformers" in the first place? She's a piece of meat. Then again, all we really care about is the giant robots. They could kick out Shia Lebouf and John Turturro while they're at it, I wouldn't care. Kick out Michael Bay, that would be the biggest improvement they could make.
3. It's more advanced, but not really a huge improvement in terms of dramatic impact. I didn't get the same rush from the new footage that I still get from the original lightcycle race.
4. I think any woman who saw one of these would immediately leave, for good reason. Then again, if I saw one of these, I'd leave too. But I'm surprised that I want to try it. I'm geekier than I thought. The simulated intestine lining is the cherry on top. Then again, if there's no realistic tauntaun stink, I'm not going for it.
5. I don't know. I think Spiderman nuked the fridge with part three, but they can bring it back. Do the Lizard and the Lizard only, and it might work out. But people will rush to see 4, regardless of quality, so I think it still will make tons of money.
